TEAM CYMRU: Teammates celebrate a Welsh win over Scotland

Ecstatic roars, the sloshing of a few pints onto the floor and pubs throughout the city full to bursting point signals one thing…a home Six Nations game.

A dreary first half didn’t dampen the mood across Cardiff as supporters cheered the Welsh squad, captained by Ryan Jones, to a 31-24 win over Scotland in the second match for Wales in the tournament.

Shane Williams is the county’s hero at the moment, following his dramatic try,  and making that an impressive 49 tries to his name.

A sea of red and navy spilled onto the streets of Cardiff with an almighty force as the whistle was blown, securing Wales’ victory.31-24 victory against Scotland.

“Delilah”, Tom Jones’ ditty, can be heard everywhere at the moment as excited fans show their support…and wait for the next round.

(FYI: Alun Wyn-Jones managed to keep himself out of the sin bin this Saturday.)
